Hirail excavator with material leveler

This rail-road wheeled excavator series covers multiple tonnage ranges from 8–9 ton to 17–18 ton, equipped with dedicated material leveler rake attachment for railway ballast gathering, slope trimming and track bed surface smoothing.

Fitted with integrated road-rail wheel sets, the machine travels freely on paved roads via heavy-duty off-road tires without pavement damage, and switches to steel rail wheels to move along tracks for fast site access without flatbed haulage. The material leveler rake is integrally forged from thick wear-resistant manganese steel with evenly arranged curved teeth. Driven by the excavator hydraulic floating system, it gathers scattered gravel alongside rails, shapes standard track bed slopes and smooths uneven ballast layers in a single pass to finish standardized material trimming work.
